Our Mission

The best work in BC should win the most jobs

Right now it usually does not. The companies with the biggest ad budgets buy the leads, and the tradespeople doing the best work stay invisible. Our mission is to fix that, one BC trades business at a time.

Here is what we kept seeing across Greater Vancouver: a carpenter with 25 years of flawless work and 12 Google reviews. A landscaper whose customers rave about him at every barbecue, invisible in the map pack. Meanwhile, whoever spends the most on ads gets the call, regardless of who does better work.

The big home-service chains have marketing departments. The franchises have head-office budgets. The local roofer, plumber or window installer has a phone that rings when it rings, and no time to learn Google's rules between jobs. That gap is not about talent. It is about tooling, and tooling can be fixed.

So that is the job we have given ourselves: put the same lead-generation firepower the big companies pay six figures for into the hands of local BC trades, at a flat rate a small crew can afford, measured in the only numbers that matter to an owner: calls, booked jobs, and what each one cost. You can see the system in action in our RochePoint case study, and every piece of it on the services page.

Our commitments

Four things we won't compromise on

01

Booked jobs over vanity

We report in phone calls, quote requests and cost per lead. Never clicks, impressions or "engagement." If a number does not help you plan payroll, it does not belong in your report.

02

Plain talk

If you need a glossary to read our proposal, we failed. Every recommendation comes with the reason, the cost and the expected result, in the same language you would use on a job site.

03

You own everything

Your website, your ad account, your Google profile, your data. All in your name from day one, and it all leaves with you if you go. Marketing should never be a hostage situation.

04

Speed and skin in the game

Trades businesses move fast, so we do: same-day replies and launches in weeks, not quarters. And we only recommend what we would spend our own money on, because we have run a service business on our own dime.
