RochePoint Property Care: from word of mouth to a lead engine

A North Shore exterior cleaning company with great work and happy customers, but no system for turning online searches into booked jobs. Here is exactly what we built and what happened.

The problem

RochePoint Property Care does exterior cleaning across the North Shore: pressure washing, house washing, gutters, roofs and windows. The work was excellent and referrals kept the crew busy in peak season. But almost every job came through word of mouth.

That meant three problems. Quiet months were unpredictable. Homeowners who searched Google for exterior cleaning in North Vancouver found competitors first. And when the owner was on the wand and missed a call, that lead usually never called back.

What we built

RochePoint runs the complete Westwind system. Four pieces, working together:
